This week I do a solo podcast where I reflect on the first year of this podcast, what I have done that I liked, what I hope to do better going forward, and what stretch goals I have for myself and this podcast. I also reflect on the year that was and what I hope to accomplish in the next year. On the whole I am grateful for the year that was 2016 and express some optimism for 2017.
