The Police have run amok in America.  They seem to be more motivated by money (with civil forfeiture) than justice.  We explore the brief history of police departments, their constitutionality, and discover that the great police experiment has failed.  What now?  We also explore Switzerland, and the Wild West and come up with one possible extreme solution.  What if people could legally kill two people in their lifetimes.  How would you regulate that?  Would that make the world a better place? In the news we also look at quatum entanglement, and touch on a story in India that has two young girls in fear as their tribal council has sentenced them to be raped and shamed.
