Welcome to the brand new podcast brought to you by Aaron & Helene!  Coming at you from London, England! We are both crazy about martial arts and food, and alternate between stuffing our faces and hitting the mats for Brazilian jiu jitsu, boxing, muay thai or even wrestling. Then we chat about it from the comfort of our bed at home. We're not big, we're not famous, we're just like our listeners and we hope you enjoy our perspectives on life! It's only our first podcast so bear with us, they'll get better as we learn how the hell to do it!
