Depression is an under diagnosed mental health condition that affects about 1 in 10 people, meaning someone you know most likely suffering from this condition to varying degrees. Today we learn about it's signs, symptoms and the solutions you can put in place to combat its effects on your day to day life. It turns out that Yoga can be pretty effective! Lauren's project is a great one, and as you'll learn, something of a personal journey too. It was fascinating to learn about this subject and a really fun episode to record.
