In today's episode I speak with Ammara Naeem about employer branding. We discuss the importance of employer branding, what companies should consider when designing the employer branding strategy and how ROI can be measured. Ammara holds Research Project Manager role at the Top Employers Institute. She was born in Pakistan and has lived in many different countries. Ammara has created her passion for HR in a US embassy affiliated school in Pakistan where she worked as the HR Manager wearing different HR hats that was polished by her MBA project in the Employer Branding department of Booking.com in Amsterdam. Her most recent accomplishment is an MBA from Tilburg University in the Netherlands. As she says, it equipped her with business knowlede and sense that is much needed for an HR professional of the present time.
