I am super excited to kick off the first episode of 2018 in which my colleague Joost Hoff shares the global HR perspective based on the validations of multinational organizations participating in the Top Employers certification process in Europe, Africa and Latin America.   Right after finishing his MBA and starting his own consulting company, Joost begun his journey at the Top Employers Institute, where- in different roles based in the Netherlands and South Africa, he has been responsible for the development of the Top Employers Certification processes as well as the research of the HR strategies of more than 100 organizations.    He particularly enjoys the combination of working with people, analysing and simplifying processes.   Today, Joost reveals what he has experienced in the past 6 years working with us validating HR practices across the globe.
