Today I am speaking to one of my colleagues Benoit Montet, our newly appointed Top Employers Institute's HR Global Expert and a member of the Global Research Team at our headquarters in Amsterdam. Benoit has more than 20 years of experience in HR, beginning his career by leading recruitment firms and has had a variety of HR Director roles in international companies. He has been with the Top Employers Institute family for nearly 6 years.
