Paul ter Wal, FPSA CSP In my working live, I discovered that helping people and organizations is my big passion. Helping to make organizations well and the people in these organizations also. Or maybe: first helping employees to find their purpose in live (t.i. non‐negotiables©) and the value that they have to organizations and then support organizations to help those people to fulfill their dreams and with that the future of the company. I started as a lawyer and discovered in practice that the law is not the solutions to most of our challenges; it’s all about knowing your non-negotiables and making the right choices from there. To be accountable for what we do and make our non‐negotiables absolute.
