Steven Rozenberg has quite an interesting professional career. Since 2002, Steve has been in the real estate industry, owning and managing properties throughout Houston, Texas. He has helped manage a 39-unit apartment complex and currently, he owns over 30 homes with his business partner, Pete Neubig. In addition to being a property manager and real estate investor and helping to run a successful real estate property management company, Empire Industries, Steve is also a professional airline pilot. He has travelled most international routes on the Boeing 787 airplane. He has also received several awards such as the Better Business Bureau “Business of Distinction” Award in 2015 and the North American Marketing Campaign of the Year Award, also in 2015. Additionally, he is the President of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Steve has lived quite an interesting life, and today he shares some of his experiences with us.
