Loco Gringo Mexico

My guest this week has lived near the beach in Mexico for most of his life. Alejandro (Alex) Espejo is a recent addition to the Loco Gringo team. His passion for wine and nightlife is what brings him to the podcast today.   Shortly after attending University in Mexico City, Alex and his friends opened the first organic food store in Cancun. When one of his partners wanted to go back to Mexico City, Alex to Akumal. He got a job at a resort hotel and spent most of his time under the water, near Cozumel, diving. His instructor is one of the best-known cavern divers in the world.   In addition to diving, Alex loves gastronomical pleasures.
