  Dr. Gary Williams is the Athletic Director at Wittenburg University and a close personal mentor of mine. Dr. Williams has his Ph.D in leadership and is one of the greatest minds on the subject. Dr. Williams work revolves around spreading the truth about how the greatest leaders in history lead from a place of love in their hearts.   This episode could have easily also been named "Leadership 101" because the amount of wisdom Dr. Williams shares is remarkable.
