In our best Long Run Podcast yet, Israel and Emily talk about Sports Massage, Foam Rollers, and then  have an interview with Sports Massage Therapist and Bedford Harriers Coach Jen Lovesey. Jen's discussion on how sports massage can help, having a balanced holistic approach to running & fitness, IT band injuries/issues, runners knee and isolating the causes of issues.     After the interview Israel and Emily briefly touch on breathing, cadence and weight loss, and lots on good fats like coconut oil, olives, nuts, flash point of cooking oil, typical diet for a week, & eat indulgences.   Emily's experience at the 2012 CCC 100km race from Cormayeur Italy to Chamonix France. Battling storms, snow, rain, language barriers, and she still finished strong!
