Emily and Israel cycled across Wales and talk about the aspects of biking, we also record this episode after running the coastal path from the stunning seaside village of Llanngrannog, Wales. According to Runners World, Women were a greater percentage of the field than men at all standard distances except the marathon. Women made up 58% of the field at 5-Ks, 55% at 10-Ks, and 60% at half-marathons. Men led 26.2-milers with 58% of total finishers.
