Upon initiating divorce after a 21 year marriage, Kathy King wanted to lead by example for her two children.  Sparked by her passion for nutrition and her desire to heal her own disordered eating, Kathy empowered herself by becoming a certified Nutritional Therapy Practioner and an Eating Psychology Coach.  This education accompanied by a deep dive into her own personal development is what led her to starting her own coaching business.  After some fits and starts, inspired by the very real and raw conversation she has with her girlfriends and female clients, she developed Real Girl Talk which is launching as we speak!   Summary Kathy talks about why she was inspired to do what she does now, and where fashion played into the equation.
