Do you lug your work home with you every night?  Maybe just on the weekends?  If you do, just stop.  You are not doing your boss any favors.  It just tells him you can't get it done in the time he's given you during the day.  It also tells your spouse/family that your work is more important than your time with them.  It's time to find a better way.
