This week's episode was SO much fun to record -- I got to chat with three badass boss babes all at once. I was excited to chat with the three founders of Sanctuary Acupuncture: Sarah Biffen, Heather Bluemel, and Kristin Cash. I love acupuncture and loved getting to learn more about it this ancient medicinal practice. For the record I'm TERRIFIED of needles (we chat about this during the episode). But acupuncture?
