Hello and welcome to PACE Talk. Today I'm speaking with Mary Naber, President and CEO of PACE Southeast Michigan in Detroit Michigan. Today's topic with Mary focuses on culture change and rebranding of a PACE program. Soon after Mary started at PACE Southeast Michigan she changed the name of the organization to better reflect the national PACE brand. Mary and I talk about the work this change involved, including communication with employees, participants, and the surrounding community.
