So, it might seem a little strange that a business growth podcast is doing an episode on nutrition. But to me, the two go hand in hand. I’m a single mom. I run my own business. Am at the gym 6 days a week, run a podcast, write for publications, travel and still have energy to spend time with friends and family. A lot of people ask me where I get my energy from.
