Founded in 2006, Twitter is one of the older social media sites still around. The site is known for the 140-character limit of its posts. Despite the limitation, Twitter quickly grew into a power-house social site, reaching its one-billionth tweet in three years. Monetizing this site, though has been a challenge for its founders. It went public in 2013 but executives have not been able to successfully grow the site or keep pace with its rival, Facebook. Last week four executives left the social network, leaving many to wonder what the future of Twitter will be. Co-hosts Bob Turner and Jason Goff take an in-depth look at Twitter and give some educated guesses on what the future might hold for the little blue bird.
