On this week's Not Now, Cato Adrian talks with the founder and chief ladder holder of 3FE Coffee, Colin Harmon. Colin started his professional life working in financial services after gaining a degree in Business & Legal studies. With his career seemingly mapped out for him, Colin couldn't shake the passion, enthusiasm and fascination he had for coffee that was stirred up in him as a 17 year old working in Dublin's hippest and well known coffee shops, Lemon. Colin quit his banking role and followed his dream, competing at the Barista World Champions, working for various coffee shops and providers around the city and eventually with the loan of €5,000 from his father, set up the first 3FE.
