Mental Health Warriors

What is racism?   Who gets to define it? Can whites experience it? What are the answers? And what the hell does all this have to do with mental health? I thought about this conversation for days afterwards.  It triggered some great conversations with my wife.  I am SO glad I talked to Jacob. I'll save any editorializing because it's not fair to the conversation I had with Jacob.  Our conversation stands on it's own. Here's what matters most.  Two guys, with wildly different viewpoints got together and talked in a civil and educational way.  No screaming, no name calling - just dialogue.
