This week we get a preview of one of the most exciting new events on the Ironman circuit, Ironman 70.3 Santa Rosa, replacement for the legendary Vineman events. Coach Duane Franks will talk us through the half ironman course, and also take us through the full iron distance course, scheduled for July. Not only are these beautiful courses, there are few better holiday destinations than wine country! For athletes familiar with the Vineman half and full, we will discuss the similarities and differences between the Vineman events and Santa Rosa, giving you a unique insight into this beautiful event.
