Forgiveness is hard. Maybe someone wronged you out of spite, and you can't forgive them even though they've asked constantly. Maybe you're the one that needs to ask for forgiveness, but don't want to because it seems awkward or tough.    But forgiving someone or asking for it - helps us to move on and let the thought stop living rent free in our minds, instead of dwelling on it and stressing over it.   This week - we talk about the power of forgiveness and the idea of moving on.
