aley is a lover of many forms of movement. Whether it be running, yoga, strength training, hiking...but most of all she loves to run. On December 4th 2011 she went to cheer on a friend running the California International Marathon. That day, as she watched all the runners cross the finish line, she decided she was going to become a runner. She has been running ever since and blogs about her journey at runnertransformed.com    Haley's running journey started in Sacramento, CA but she now lives in San Diego, CA. The transition to SoCal life hasn't been easy, but the running community in her new home town has been welcoming and she is finding new areas to run, explore and have fun! Haley's goal with her love of running and movement is to encourage others to find what they love to do to live an active life; she strongly believes we take our ability to run (walk, swim, move...) for granted and hopes to show others that movement is fun.
