Three Dope Chicks

The negative stigma that surrounds mental health has left many African-Americans to live with untreated or misdiagnosed diseases. In this episode, the Three Dope Chicks welcome a new future counselor Tender Redding, who is currently working on her Masters in Mental Health Counseling, to add some context as well as her personal struggles to the topic. The Chicks also discuss their own battles and the mechanisms they use to continuously live a mentally balanced life.
