I stepped waaaaaay outside my comfort zone for this one - to tell a part of my story I've been hiding behind for years. Recording and publishing this episode was the final piece of healing for this part of my story. It was one of the scariest things I've done, yet already I have a sense of freedom that has alluded me for over 17 years. The courage I needed for this episode began building in me several years ago when I read Glennon Doyle's book, "Carry On Warrior". It is a tribute to all who've gone before me in similar fashion.
