Shaun West joins Think Bait to discuss mixed martial arts and many other musings. Shaun is a competitive Muay Thai Kickboxer & qualified trainer. He is the main Striking coach at the Powerplant. He has a fight record of 9-1 and is the current Western Province K1 champion at 71kg and the South African K1 champion at 75kg. He has many lessons to share about discipline and responsibility.
