In this episode, Yvette and Jess continue the 'Relationship series' on conscious coupling with Part 3 that encourages listeners to ask the question "How do I want to be experiencing myself in a relationship?"  What they feel is the next logical step in truly understanding ourselves in relationship, beginning with Part 2's 'Why', Part 3's 'How' asks us to look at what type of mate we want to attract.
