His book, TIHANY: Iconic Hotel and Restaurant Interiors archives, and celebrates projects from around the globe like the Westin Chosun in Seoul, Heston Blumenthal’s Dinner in London, One & Only Cape Town South Africa, and the Mandarian Oriental in Las Vegas.
