An obvious pro is increased tolerance and understanding towards other cultures (which from a global perspective might reduce discrimination and international conflicts), and exposure of children to bi-cultural environment which can be very beneficial for personal growth. Kids may be teased though by other children. Kids may be teased, or they may get more attention due to being different and more 'interesting', especially to children of other sex.
