We are only 10 days into the new year, not even a month from the Great Shift and I look around and see death, illness, sorrow, confusion, poverty, frustration and anger. So many people are suffering and while pain is only temporary one can't deny that it feels like forever when you are going thru the storm. Tonight we are building on the Survival of the Fittest, tonight we are creating ways to alleviate our pain from the root. How bad does it hurt?
