Welcome to my birthday show! I was born on this day, October 29th, 1970. That makes me a Scorpio, and also so grateful to take my 49th trip around the sun. Today's show is a live recording of a talk I recently gave in London at the Health Optimisation Summit, a two-day immersive experience where attendees discover the tools, hacks, technologies, and techniques to optimize their health for life. I was honored to be one of the speakers as well as the MC at their premiere event, and I’m excited to be part of this community as it continues to grow and change the world. My lecture was around something I call Practical Spirituality, which is about discovering and applying underlying fundamental metaphysical truths that are freely available to everyone, and that have the power to truly transform your life.  As any listener of this show knows, I'm deeply committed to physical health and natural healing, but after over twenty-two years of hardcore self-improvement research and development, I'm more convinced than ever
