As the social unrest unfolded over the last few months, I did a lot of soul searching and contemplation on the cultural pain body with which we are now squarely faced. It’s so clear that humanity is in dire need of healing; the powers that be seem hellbent on creating more racial and political division and many are taking the bait. The more I see, the more confident I am that the solution to all of this suffering is in discovering the truth about who we are — both as individuals and as one human race. We are spiritual beings having a brief life experience in bodies, and on the level of spirit, there is no separa
