Colleen makes a case for moving away from traditional roadmaps to utilizing portfolio Kanban at scale to achieve agility at all levels of an organization.  TLDL: The idea of a roadmap is not bad, but the most common forms and uses of roadmaps are speculative, deterministic, and prescriptive.
