If the cross happened without a resurrection, it would be a sad story. Yet, because the resurrection took place, all access to all of everything good in heaven is available for the believer. When you think about it, it’s nonsense, it’s insane to think that the God of the universe would take our punishment upon Himself and pay all our debt, our sin, simply because He loves us. Yet, Jesus paid it all and I don’t have to worry that my debt is paid and I’m granted access into the Kingdom.
