"This highlights the tension that some Christians experience in today's political landscape.   In spiritual terms, many see these kinds of incidents as part of the broader battle between their faith's values and opposing worldviews.   Ephesians 6:12 speaks to this struggle, reminding Christians that their battle is not just against 'flesh and blood' but against 'principalities, powers, and rulers of darkness.'
