In this week’s show we discuss Archaeology and the Bible, our guest is Dr. Leonard Greenspoon. A graduate of Harvard University, he is currently the Klutznick Chair in Jewish Civilization and Professor at Creighton University a Jesuit college Omaha, Nebraska. He is editor-in-chief of the Studies in Jewish Civilization series for the Biblical Archeology Society. He also co-authored, with the late Harvey Minkoff, BAS’s free guide to modern Bible translations,The Holy Bible: A Buyer’s Guide.In the past couple of centuries there have been important archeological finds, however instead of making things more clear about the Bible more disputes have arisen among archaeologists.
