The Justice Department filed a federal lawsuit on Monday against two organizations and seven individuals for violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act. Last week, nine pro-life advocates were sentenced for violating FACE and “conspiracy against civil rights.”   Monica Miller, one of the named defendants in the newest lawsuit will be my guest to discuss what this means for her, and the pro-life movement at large.   Regardless of where you stand on the efficacy of this tactic, these individuals are political prisoners.   The actions by the Biden Administration are a reminder and urgent warning to the pro-life movement.
