For about 3 years Ive had a persistent gnawing , sometimes burning pain around my sternum area so bad that i believe my vagus nerve has become inflamed. I occasionally get brain zap sensations akin to ssri withdraw, which may be due to vague nerve inflammation, but not sure. Anyway, it seems im finding relief for the first time using US based gaviscon. Im switching to UK based as US has aluminum, but the relief has been incredible. The UK ingredients are sodium alginate and pottasium hydrogen carbonate. What do yo
