Transformational Energy Leadership

This topic is ultimately about how leaders forge the culture, people shape the culture, and how they all “belong” to the brand. And we spend much of our lives exploring where we not only fit, but where we belong. We choose our circle of friends. We choose our work and the organizations that we will apply our energy…because we want to contribute to something larger than us. We are connected by the beliefs of the organization that align with our personal beliefs. We raise our hands and say, “I want to be part of that” when we say yes to a job that we choose. And there’s a difference between our “role” and our “job.” For organizations that want to deepen their team engagement (there’s an epidemic of this), amplify their beliefs and attract and retain more of the right kinds of employees, belonging, values and story are powerful.
