Sinopse
How often do you say, “I’m Sorry”? Have you ever said, “I’m Sorry” so much that you begin to LIVE regret? Do you find yourself constantly apologizing when all you’re trying to do is be yourself? As children we’re told to say “I’m Sorry” when we do something wrong. This habit tends to carry on into our adult life so much that we don’t even realize how much we are apologizing for just trying to genuinely express our true being. It is a habit that builds up pain, slowly and sneakily, hurting our knowledge of who we are, training ourselves to be ok with self-doubt, and before you know it, it’s too late. This hurts not only ourselves, it can spread out to our environment, to the people around us, to the point that they lose confidence in who we are, because we have lost the confidence in ourselves and in “being unapologetic-ally ME”. To refuse regret is to refuse to accept the unnecessary apology of being completely YOU.
