I'm sure there have been a few people out there that have been wondering where I've gone for the last 5 years. I've posted from time to time, but not like I used to. And as sad as it is to say it, the reason I disappeared is my life went to hell and I lost my love for music and turned to other things to replace it. But over the last few months and with the love and support of so many good friends who know what I've been going through, I've come out the other side. And all the hell I went through, I now look back on fondly - as I realise that without that suffering, I wouldn't have learned the most important lessons of all.  How to forgive myself for the pain I went through and more importantly, how to love and care for myself. Once I did that, the "smoke" screen I had put up in front of me to shield me from the pain and the hurt, crumbled with it and the addictions and insecurity that went hand in hand with it, faded away into the background.
