Steve Cram and his son Marcus Cram are race directors of The Northumbrian - a new triathlon festival at Kielder Water on 19th June 2022. Steve, of course, needs little introduction as one of the greatest track runners of all time - holder of World Records at 1500m, Mile, and 2000m, World Gold medalist and Olympic silver medalist over 1500m. His son Marcus is a keen triathlete, runner and cyclist, who has completed Ironman France. Together, their event company has organised running and duathlon races in the North of England for the last decade, and this year they’re expanding to include the half Iron and Full Iron distance events at The Northumbrian.
