If you like a sweet treat like Jack, or got into a bit of baking over lockdown, you might have heard of Kiwi baking legend Bernadette Gee.  She was a teenage mother with no formal training. But thanks to a huge online presence and plenty of determination she’s now a caking-making entrepreneur.  Bets is the owner of café, cake business, and north auckland destination Magnolia Kitchen.
