In this talk, Adam Russell (Director of Vineyard Worship USA) unpacks what it looks like to lead well, using Jesus as our model for leadership.  Speaking from John 10:11-18, he reminds us to be like the good shepherd who lays down his life for the sheep, who knows them by name and is on guard against the wolf who comes to attack.
