Finding that the idea of “prohibiting polygamy” is nowhere in the Bible and finding that the words, “marriage” and “polygamy” are nowhere in the US Constitution, Mark Henkel understood that he had to study both the Bible and the Constitution intensely in order to present and help teach others to present the issue to the public. Mark Henkel lists his role throughout the 1990s, including being and becoming an intense student, a newspaper publisher, a home-church pastor, a webmaster, a teacher, and a leader on the national -even international- stage.
