Most of us have heard the saying “hurt people will hurt people.” We know this statement is true because we all have experienced the reality of it. When emotional wounds are caused, they have a way of repeating themselves through those who have been hurt if the wound is not healed. Sometimes we are the source of that wound which caused great pain in another person either directly or indirectly.
