As conference baseball teams seasoned the prospect of having more than one dominant force heading into the post-season became a reality. There were so many teams and players making headlines all the way through the ACC Baseball Tournament that it was difficult to project who would come out as Mr. ACC. Which teams could head to Omaha for a shot at the title by being clutch when it mattered most? Five ACC teams peeled away following Regional play and now only three remain and are in the Super Regionals. Unfortunately, only two of those three have an opportunity to move forward as No. 7 seed Virginia and (unseeded) Duke go head to head in Charlottesville while No. 1 seed Wake Forest entertains No. 16 seed Alabama.
