Everything meaningful in life is based on relationships whether with other people, the planet, our body & even with our home or car! But who is present in that relationship? The Hawaiian greeting Alo-ha, means 'to be present in breath,' requiring us to breathe out thoughts of self-importance, fear or expectations, allowing our sacred self to be present to the gift of divine creation. Right relationships occur when we forgive, remove defensive walls & become fully present to the love & beauty all around.
