In my last post, I asked if anyone had some older mixes that I long ago lost due to a hard drive crash. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Dean and Marshall for making it happen. The BPM Edition 2009 v5, which was originally 4 sets has been combined into two and is now available for the first time in years. Five sets of the BPM Edition 2009 v1 and the 2 sets of Funky Edition 2008 v1 and v2 have now been combined into one and are also available. I had a problem with the Top Dance Songs of the Year 2007: Deep & Funky because in both cases they had split the tracks up and their track listing wasn't matching up with what was originally posted. Along with 1999, 2007 is one of my all-time favorite years of house music. Folks like Freemasons, Moto Blanco, Soulseekers, 7th Heaven, Bassmonkeys, Wideboys, and DJ Meme were all on the cusp of becoming DJ and production superstars.
